Not in the Mood
07 September 2010
My girlfriend has gone to Shanghai for some kinda exposition in an extremely huge museum that take weeks to discover everything in it. Her voice is my lullaby. No lullaby, no sleep. And so these few days I've been messing around with Sabayon and Ubuntu Linux, as well as my L4D Map project for Warcraft III which is still going on.
Although I must say that the L4D Map project is long and tedious which started last year, it is near completion and I plan to release it once it's done. Maybe in a few weeks or months time, you'll be able to download it on my blog.
Ever since my girlfriend went overseas, we couldn't talk to each other as it would be too expensive. Now, I'm waiting for her to come back, so I can finally hear her sweet voice that makes hell like heaven, chaos like bliss and noise like silence. A voice so irresistable, a drug so addictive. It is only a few more days till I can talk to her. But it seemed so long. Hope you'll be back safe and sound, baby.
Because of that, I am not in the mood to update my blog. I apologize for not posting up a WNx Homestay strip for last Sunday. But everything will resume as normal after this week. Thanks for supporting this blog!
Love,
Nicholas.
Honey Lemon Day!
16 August 2010
Yeah, for those who don't know what Honey Lemon day is, you can click Profile at the top and view the About Me stuff. That day where I drank the Honey Lemon is called Honey Lemon day, and it marks every month since we started dating!
See, this is probably the first time I'm blogging about a Honey Lemon day. But anyways, we are so distant from each other, we couldn't do much on HL day except for kissy-kiss and do stuff together through the phone and Internet. Let me answer some questions about our love for this HL day, which makes us been together for 2 years and 5 months.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why is there Love, (Name) at the end of every, if not, almost all blog posts?
When we created this blog, we decided that we would make it a nice and sweet blog for everyone else to know about our love. It was intended to be blogged by both of us, but my girlfriend is too busy to manage the blog. Every time we post up something, we would end it in such a way so that everytime one of us visits the blog, it is like a letter/message meant for us to see, and that we loved each other as much as always.
2. What category does this blog belong to?
Originally it was intended for personal love stories, but I bet that would be a bit dull for fellow readers. So I used this blog for all sorts of categories, where anyone could find some useful/helpful posts about their lives, relationships and many others. Along with the Love Stories, this blog should be more interesting.

3. How do you and your girlfriend meet?
We don't. So far, after 2 years and 5 months, we only met once. For that story, you could read this post.
4. How is it possible for someone to meet through games to be so in love?
Yeah, putting in a huge amount of trust to someone over the net is certainly very dangerous. When I fell in love with her, I had no idea what kind of person she could've been, or how many lies had she told me. But I trusted her, as if it's like destiny.
5. Phone bills?
Beyond your imagination.
Another Gist of Our Love
Alright, this is what I do with my girlfriend's pictures and stuff. I save all both of our pictures, recorded sound clips *shh!*, drawings and everything she sends to me in a folder and I named it "All About Me and My Baby."
By doing this, I get to view, share or do anything with them to recall and relive those sweet moments back then. Everything she sends me by mail are also kept in a container.

If you actually save all this, and view it from time to time, you would know the value of love between you and your lover, and what you both had gone through. These presents and pictures make you recall many tiny little things that happened, and you can actually write out or tell your whole love story through that.
If you haven't already keep and save every single little thing from your lover, do it now!
Love,
Nicholas.
Wake Up Call
04 August 2010
Today, I was supposed to give a wake-up call to my girlfriend for her to go to school at 6 in the morning. I set the alarm on my phone, with my favourite Delicious Tomato Song, and did my work on the computer a bit before going to sleep.
When I woke up, it was 7.45am! ZOMGGGGGG~ the alarm did not go off!
So I rushed downstairs, took my dad's phone ('cuz I'm a pathetic guy that has no credit in mah phone) and called her. She did not pick up the phone, luckily, because it showed that she already went to school. As much as I felt relieved after that...I was still sleepy and went to my bed to continue my FASCINATING dreams and fantasies. It was just one day I missed giving her a wake up call so I guess it would be alright.
However, I could not sleep...nor could I relax! I was rolling around, with what you call a tightening of the chest that makes it hard to breathe and gives an uncomfortable feeling. My thoughts were (and now still) filled with everything related to my girlfriend. Signs of "I miss you" and "I need you" I guess.
See, I get used to talking to my girlfriend on the phone and sometimes call her up in the morning just to wake her up and listen to her sweet voice. When it becomes a habit, it's like nothing. Then I skipped one time without all that and realized how much I needed it...just like a drug, sufficient enough to hurt or make you cry if I couldn't get the drug.
Humans do not treasure what they always have. So make sure everything you do and time spent with your lover counts! Do not get distracted! Lol...what a blog post...one wake up call to tell a moral story.
My One and Only
23 July 2010
So...here's just a little post about my caring, kind, polite, beautiful, precious, selfless, comforting, soothing, calming, understanding, helpful, loving and funny to-be wife of mine named Lim Ee Ching. She has offered, still offering and will be offering her utmost support in everything I do. There are many things to say about our love story, but here it is again, a little gist of it.
See, this is my girlfriend. And she'll forever be my girlfriend. Some of my friends just say that... she's lucky to have me. But let's not be judgemental to say it like that before we even really know who she is. In truth, I am the lucky one to have her...or we're both lucky.
I will ignore and delete all bad comments regarding her, and I'll do things to make sure that our relationship is strong and ongoing. Now, I won't care what you all think or say. She'll be my one and only from now till the end. I'll accept whoever she is and whatever she does. To those bastards who wanna tackle my beloved angel, I hav but 3 wordz. You go dai.
Please do not, in any way, jeopardize the wellness of our relationship. Thanks a lot.
Things We Done In a While
Since no one's heard of us in a while...here's what we've done for this year so far.
The start of 2010 marks the end of my SPM year, and the start of my deardear's SPM year. In January, I was in NS and my wife was extremely worried about me. She misses me so badly as she could only call me every weekend. I couldn't take it as well, as my heart was slowly crushed and devoured by the pain of missing her and my family. Luckily, I couldn't take the food there as well, and gone through all the POINTLESS sufferings that NS gave me, and finally got out. Anyways, let's take a look at the activities we are STILL doing together since 2009.
- Playing MSN games.
- Talking on the phone for more than 1 hour.
- Sweetztalkingz.
- E-mailing.
- Sending FB posts.
- Recalling and talking about our past love stories.
- Arguing
- Sending mails.
- Taking pics for each other.
- Promise we won't leave each other and say "I promise" over and over again.
...so on so forth. So during February, I broke this glass of love pills which was given to me as a present by my beloved. The pills were blue/white in colour and they can be opened to put a small message inside. It was bought from Kuantan and it meant a lot to me. Both of us were very upset about it. I, myself, was upset over myself too! :(
Nevertheless! I collected all the 60 pills and placed it in a container.
Alright, enough of my butterfingers incident. Now we move on to March 2010 which was my wife's birthday and our 2 year anniversary! Just a blink-of-an-eye and we've already loved each other for 2 years. That's pretty quick.
I sent her a love letter, a pink one in fact, as she also sent a pink one last year. Inside the letter, I've put in my photostated IC, *lovey-dovey essays*, lovey-dovey cards, self-made bookmark, *secret*, one of the love pill with a lovey-dovey message inside, and many others ALLLLLL with glittery stickers on them! :)
And you know, I placed this small baby bottle keychain inside the mail, and when she received it, it was lost!! There seems to be a hole in the envelope. *sigh*
After that, I enrolled in INTI College Subang Jaya. I gave my college account's password, serial no. and the sort to my girlfriend so that she could take a look at my stuff anytime she wants. And for all this time, she spent lots of money to topup her phone in order to call me.
She has been paying a huge amount of money I can tell. Too much indeed.
From April-July, I couldn't do much for her because we were still very far apart. We kept on making promises that we will see each other the next year. But waiting for a single day to pass is like waiting for a month to pass. The pain gets deeper and stronger, making me realize that I couldn't do anything for her. She kept on spending money, time and came up with many interesting things to talk about. Me? I just receive her calls, talk about it, and I couldn't come up with something that makes her happy.
I was stuck with my own pain, until I decided to go to Kuantan just to see her, even for a second. But to do so was very difficult. My girlfriend told me that there weren't any buses or taxis. Even if there are, they will be extremely expensive. It was very difficult to get friends to go with me as well, because I need people in order to convince my parents that I'll be safe there. But everything failed, and I had to continue waiting.
Last Words
Hey, people...who needs a reason to love? You just need to feel good and happy with the person you're with. We don't care if we can do things for each other or not...no matter what, we'll always love each other.
In love, we do not select someone that we see "GOOD" or "PERFECT". There is no logic in love...so don't choose your partners too much. If you like that person, just go for it. You don't need to worry about whether that person would make a good lover, husband, wife or whatnot.
When I loved my girlfriend...I had never even seen her picture or face before. I cried badly when she said her ex-bf wanted her back in May 2008, which, I still haven't even seen her yet, and I didn't care if she was pretty or ugly. Call me stupid...but that's just one example of love. Love can be stupid to others, but we don't care, cuz love only concerns two people.
Love,
Nicholas.

How to Get a Guy / Girl in IM?
02 February 2010
This sounds desperate and dumb but there are some people who would like to chase after someone but just don't have the guts or chance to do it in real life. So online seems to be another choice.
Getting The Contact
You can have many ways to get your contact's e-mail. Be it through a friend, through social networks, blogs, or basically anything. By surfing randomly in Facebook you could find someone maybe your friend knows as well and so on. Say that you're a friend of your friend's contact and have similar interests. State the reason why you're adding, e.g just to make friends.
Some people you could meet through games, and ask for their e-mail.
General Steps
1. Chat generally.
Talk about how you found that person to add as your contacts, talk nicely and be polite. Introduce yourself and maybe let the person know more about yourself so that he/she feels comfortable with you.
2. Ask a few general questions, get to know.
Now you've introduced yourself, and talked a bit, you could get to know each other. Like say...share your hobbies, interests, ideas, gossips and everything else. As you talk more and share more, you will understand more about each other's personality, mindset and even lifestyle. (So you can decide to ditch that person now, before you regret!)
3. Relax and hold back.
No one wants to be asked out or being known too much on the first day. So be sure not to talk too much until you touch a sensitive subject. Just keep it for the next time and go slow. Come back every 2 days, then everyday.
4. Play games!
After all that boring mumbo-jumbo conversations, it's time to have some fun with each other. Play some games with each other and eventually let him/her win. Crack some jokes and bully each other a bit while having fun. Your contact will feel that you're a very friendly and amusing person, aside from all that kind and politeness charm you gave merely through words.
You can also play the game called "20 Questions", where you question each other 20 question about their lives and there'd be no lying.
5. Now, realise how your contact feels about you.
By now you should look for signs whether your contact likes you or not. If your contact really only wants to make friends, or had someone else in mind, or did not believe in online relationships, you could still try to convince that person that you're better than the people he/she knows.
If you face such problems, you have to go slowly and keep being that person's best friend. If she comes after you and starts conversations, advise you about your life, send you lots of e-mails and stuff like that, it might mean that she is attracted to you.
6. Ask out!
Now you're so happy and having fun with that person, it's time for you to actually meet up. Maybe go by a casual saying to meet up with a bunch of friends. Normally if your contact has no confidence, he/she will not go out alone with you.
Once you succeeded asking your contact out, means you've gained some trust of your contact. From there onwards, it's all about repeating the steps and making yourself seem better and irresistable by having the same interests, same kind of thinking and put in some effort to make situations where both of you could get a spark.
It sounds dangerous huh, if I were a pedophile or a grifter, how would you think Nico would end up? So ladies, please be careful when you date online. The person you're trying to date might not be real. Luckily Nico met a guy so innocent and true like me...and luckily I met her as well.
Love,
Nicholas.

03 January 2010

I never thought that I would see the day when my phone stopped ringing. Until today when Nick went off to NS (National Service). On January 3rd till march 14th I've promised to be strong... to take care of myself and to up date this blog. But the most important thing of all is to smile every day for him... and to prove so here's a picture of me smiling.
On the night before he went, we promise to wish one another good night every single night even if we can't hear each others voices before going to bed. All I hope is for him to be safe and sound. Now the only thing I can do is to wait for his return. =)
Missing You~

Genting Trip
22 December 2009
Well the trip to Genting Highlands was fun and awesome...and incomplete without my precious girlfriend! Thanks to Jimmy as the organizer for the trip...there's only 4 people who went including me.
Attended
Jimmy Loh
Teh Nian Peng
Kwan Toh Jun
Nicholas Wong
Along with other 5SC1 fellas, and some people who were coincidentically in Genting on that date such as Toon Kah Chuen, Geston Yong and Kwok Bing Loon, we all were having fun in our separate ways. We first arrived at First World Hotel. So! Let's get in some pictures.
The first day, we waited to check in to the hotel at 12pm. After checking in, we had some good rest, and we walked around First World Plaza to look around and see what we could plan. We had lunch at Burger King! But Jimmy and Teh ordered beef burgers, which they couldn't eat because they're Buddhists. They ate anyway, just rinse their mouth and pray pray!
We also went for Archery and of course... Nicholas is still the best at it. We then went back to our hotel room, 21 810 Tower 2 @ First World and played cards and stuff.
On the 2nd day! 16th of December 2009, I was fascinated because today marks 1 year and 9 months of time of my relationship with my girlfriend. We call this Honey Lemon day if you have forgotten or did not read the earlier posts.
We woke up very early and sent Teh and Kwan to free breakfast at First World Cafe while Jimmy and I head on to get the tickets for Outdoor Theme Park. It was around 8 in the morning, there was so little people in the theme park.
We got to enjoy most of the rides such as:
Pirate Ship (x)
Rolling Thunder Mine (xx)
Fire Dragon thing (xxx)
Flying Coaster (xxxx)
Spinning Chair thing (x)
Go-Karts (-)
Some of the cool rides were closed, and we didn't get to try Corkscrew & Space Shot because of mist. The X is the rating of how scary the rides are to me. Scary = Fun. I'm sure Corkscrew would score a 5! =)
After enjoying all these, my girlfriend Nico came with her friend Chu Jin! So we now have a new party consisting of 6 people! (RPG Fever) Since they came late, we had to queue up for almost an hour at the Go-Kart. Of course, Nicholas won again, and then we head on to have lunch at Hou Mei. Nico and I wanted time together, so we had lunch later and enjoyed our own sweet couple time by ourselves.
Time flies when Nico and I were together, till night, we went to the gardens near the theme park. We stayed there, walking around in that maze till midnight. Jimmy and the rest are there too, we enjoyed the nice scenery despite the heavy mist and low temperature.
We also took a group photo which is in Toh Jun's camera. Right now he's in Negeri Sembilan...couldn't get the photos. As time flies past midnight, Nico had to go. My heart was heavy and painful, I wanted her to stay. I had to wait months and years just to see her again. We hugged each other so tightly and finally kissed goodbye.
On the 3rd day, 17th of December 2009, we had to head home at 4pm. So we woke up early as usual to get our breakfast. Then, we started walking around First World, Highlands and Genting for souvenirs. I got some chocolates, lighter and keychains for my family!
Jimmy was excited as we entered the Gallery. Inside, there's a whole history of Genting and about Lim Goh Tong. So we took some pictures and knew all about it.
There was a whole consturction plan and design as well as the view of Genting Highlands in models. It was wonderful and we had lots of fun. It was an awesome trip, lots of fun and though we could have had more, we were tired and exhausted of all the walking and sight-seeing.
Apologies
I would like to apologize to Jimmy and the rest for taking a lot of their time to direct Nico and I to places we want to go...and they had given us a lot of time together alone. Because of how they would tolerate us, I had less time to spend with my friends. Eventually the time loss would take away other activities such as arcades and so on away because you all were waiting for me.
I'm sorry to Chu Jin as well for taking away Nico and making her bored like hell.
Conclusion
Overall, the trip was fun and exciting for me. I had lots of fun with my girlfriend, which I hope would be my future wife!
I miss you baby...I love you always. Although we couldn't meet so often, we had to wait for months and years just for a date, I would still wait, and I'm still waiting. I would wait till I die if I had to, just to meet you...just to hold you tight in my arms and just to give you a kiss. I would die for that. Thanks for everything, baby!
More pictures are with Toh Jun and Jimmy. I might put them up here when I get it.
Love,
Nicholas.

Benefits of Jigsaw Puzzles
12 September 2009
Nico and I used to play lots of jigsaw puzzles together through the Internet. Even now, we still have this common favourite of doing jigsaw puzzles together.
The qualities that puzzles can inculcate in you gives you a rough guide on how to handle your challenges and mindset in your life. It shows us how to gather our concentration and focus in viewing a certain challenge, spotting and putting the pieces together through meticulous observation in our life. Our mind is like a puzzle, and we need to put the pieces together in the right place, to face the right thing and not ranting over useless matters where you think you could not overcome. Our life is like a series of games and puzzles. Solve. Overcome. Get over it. Enjoy.
Love,
Nicholas.
Expression of Love No.1?
18 August 2009
Hah, there was once I told Nico that I'm going to shout to everyone that I love her very much. She didn't believe I would do it, because it was stupid. And it was! But of course, for her, she might not think it's stupid anymore ;D
It's all the stupid things boys do that make girls happy, heh. So I have shouted to some friends for a start, I'll post up the little screenies here. I started off with my friends in MSN. It's Windows Live actually, but I used to call it MSN, so...just keep it as MSN.

Teoh Wei JietAfter some time talking to friends in my MSN contact list, I decided to post a thread on my gaming network, WarriorNation. Did I mention to you this is the best gaming network ever? Well it is for me, I knew some friends there and they were the best. We had outings for guild bonding, and it all kinda comes together somehow, like a family. However, they're probably too busy with their own work or perhaps not supporting me on purpose D:<
I also went to Yahoo! Chat and again, no one replied me. Chatroom with 40+ people in it, only one bored idiot trying to express his love. Then I realised it was the Rap, Hip-hop music chatroom. Ahhh...
EDIT:
There are a few pictures which wouldn't show when clicked. I tried reuploading but it has no effect :(
That's all for today, hope my little insignificant acts may add some meaning into our love.
Love,
Nicholas.
